The alternating anti-decubitus system is designed to prevent first-stage decubitus. The system is recommended for continuous home treatment. It is designed to reduce prolonged pressure on the same anchor points of the body. The alternation of anchor pointspressure provides better blood circulation and tissue oxygenation in these areas and thus reduces the risk of decubital wounds.

 

The device consists of a pump with a pressure regulator and a mattress coated with trapezoidal air pockets.

 

The mattress is designed for home use, easy to fit thanks to an elongated part that can be placed under the base mattress.

 

The pump is able to adjust the pressure according to the patient's weight and is equipped with hooks that allow easy attachment to the bed.

Cleaning and maintenance:

The matress does not need maintenance.

To clean the inflatable mattress, use neutral cleaners, wet wipes, or general-purpose disinfectants. Do not use abrasive materials as they will damage the mattress and the pump. Clean the pump with a slightly damp cloth, WITHOUT detergents.

ATTENTION: All system cleaning operations must be performed when the pump is switched off.
